Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients
- 1½ tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ¾ cup water
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- In a small saucepan, dissolve the mustard and cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of the water.
- Add remaining water and other ingredients.
- Cook over medium heat until thickened.
